shoreline to play bball, I've decided to go there to use their dryer
bc our dryer was broken :(

The girls were eating bfast and I saw Ylla with this shirt. She likes
to wear loose clothes at night so mama had her wear Ulysses white
shirt that she has. LOL

Alligator meat???

I was visiting mom and saw this box on their doorstep. To Tim Franco LOL. He ordered 8 lbs of alligator meat from Oklahoma for my baby shower this Saturday. Yes, the guys are more excited than we are. They'll cook in adobo and maybe deep fried it. I've had this at the Bite of Seattle last year-deep fried :).

So we'll see how it will turn out. However, I don't know if I'll have some for Natnat or not?? hehe

Surprise Baby Shower @ work

My work threw a baby shower for me and yes I was surprised. I thought
were just celebrating St. Patty's day bec. we had potluck. Turned out
it was a shower. I was clueless!

Food was good (sorry no photos) and it was fun.

Bty, the cake was made by Amy, one of my co-worker from scratch. It's
a basic yellow cake with choc frosting and the décor is not made from
marzipan but white choc ... And yup, u can eat the baby on top - it's made
with white chocolate :)

Daddy n mommy feeling Natnat do some somersault- that's after me
eating trophys yummy cupcake 'chocolate vanilla'. They're out of the
toasted marshmallow :(

Nightmare!!!

Ulysses woke me up at 4:30 this morning b/c I was sobbing in my sleep...I had a bad dream that I had Nathanael and I was breastfeeding then next thing happened he's gone (dead)...I was going crazy and crying in my sleep, my eyes were like a river that will never dry out...I won't talk to people and all I was saying was 'My baby's gone...My baby Nathanael is gone...' over and over again...my mom and a lot of people were there too...

of course, when I woke up, I cried. I was scared and trembling...Uls was comforting and telling me it'll never happen b/c he's healthy and moving and i'm not doing anything wrong...I was just too stressed and been thinking of what happened to my co-workers bestfriend...Her friend gave birth at 24 weeks last weekend and on tues the baby passed away. That could've been stuck in my head b/c I was scared when I heard about it...he said it was just a dream....

Mommy karen, have you had bad dreams on your last trimester about your baby? I've heard it's pretty normal but man, i'm going to have a heart attack with that kind of dream. I don't like it at all...

My mom told me just to pray...and that's what I've been doing everyday anyway...

It's snowing on my Bday!

Natnat

This was taken last night at the hospital. I was having contractions
10-15 min apart. Since I'm less than 37 wks they asked me to come in
and have the baby monitored.

We were there 7pm but I wasn't hooked up on the monitor til 8pm. They
monitored me for an hour, Lolo bitin and Lola nancy stopped by cuz
they were worried.

The Dr didn't see me til close to 9pm, we are stable, natnat's
heartbeat is okay, he's active, and hope he'll be there for the next
8w. Dr said it was due to fatigue, dehydration and irritable uterus.
However, he wanted me to call if contractions like that happens
including the lists of things related to labor that they gave me.

Sooo, they sent us home and the Dr will talk to my OB about it and
maybe give my employer a note to lessen my duties so I can get plenty
of rest :) .... Me no want bedrest as much as possible.

Anyway, now I'm at ease that Natnat's fine. I can enjoy my red-letter-
day today.

Wow, we thought we'd have Natnat on my birthday :)
