Pulutan

This is what a typical bday food for my dad and uncles in our family.

Dinakdakan-grilled pork and liver tossed in pig's brain, lemon,green
onion and salt n pepper.

Jepoy: sweet, tangy, earthy and gamey.

Khelman: anong gamey? Malansa?

Tog: hindi, Yung pag kumain ka ng manok na native compared sa regular
na manok magkaiba lasa.

Khelman: anong lasa? Makunat?

All: *laughs*
